Staff Nurse -Full-time- Post-Partum/Gynecology

Assess patient needs based on history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data while providing age-specific nursing interventions consistent with the plan of care and standards of practice. Utilize health and safety equipment to protect patients and staff, and apply standard work related to Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators. Foster an environment demonstrating caring, compassion, and respect for patients, families, and visitors. Contribute to department performance through precepting novice employees, cultivating Evidence-Based Practices, and setting goals for continued professional growth. Will float to assist in other like units as needed.
