Staff Nurse (FT) Surgical Services

Assess patient needs through history, observation, and diagnostic data while implementing age-specific nursing interventions consistent with the care plan. Provide compassionate care to patients, families, and visitors, utilizing health and safety equipment to protect both groups. Adhere to Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators and contribute to department performance by precepting novice employees and cultivating evidence-based practices. Set professional growth goals and participate in educational offerings. Will float to assist in other like units as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned.
