Staff Nurse responsible for performing all aspects of dialysis procedures per prescription, including pre-dialysis assessment of hemodynamics and vascular access, monitoring during dialysis, liaison with nephrologist, adjusting treatment as needed, maintaining records and auditing, disinfecting machines, evaluating patient responses, educating patients about their disease and treatment, and supporting the dialysis team to deliver high-quality, respectful care.
