Provide patient care in pediatric units within a Magnet status hospital, including float assignments across the float pool. Maintain current Texas RN licensure and hold a BSN, with an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card preferred. Support the teaching hospital environment and participate in the nurse residency program while adhering to Level I Trauma Center protocols.
