Staff Nurse - Endocrinology Part-time Days

Assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing care for acutely ill patients, managing medication administration through the six rights and coordinating interventions with the health team. Deliver phone triage, abnormal test results, and corresponding care instructions while educating patients and families on procedures, therapies, and pain management techniques. Develop and update individualized care plans that incorporate patient learning needs, cultural preferences, and discharge planning, utilizing quality improvement data to refine nursing practice. Participate in shared governance, committee work, and department projects to drive changes in healthcare delivery.
