Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting assessments to develop personalized care plans. Supervise care assistants and other nursing staff while adhering to policies to ensure person-centered care. Manage emergencies that arise during shifts and maintain accurate records and updated care plans. Requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN with 1-2 years of nursing home experience. Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a nursing home or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- A kind and caring attitude towards residents and their needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing situations and needs
