Job Summary
Administer medication, provide direct care and support to residents, and communicate with healthcare professionals as required. Develop individualized care plans, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate records while strictly following policies to ensure person-centered care. Oversee and supervise care assistants and other nursing staff to deliver the best possible care, and effectively manage emergencies and unexpected situations during your shift. Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN and at least 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home are required. Join our UK nursing home team to provide top-notch care to elderly residents.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- At least 1-2 years' experience working in a nursing home or a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
