Job Summary
Deliver direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting individualized assessments. Create personalized care plans and supervise nursing staff and care assistants to ensure high-quality person-centered care. Follow all policies and procedures while maintaining accurate records, managing emergencies, and liaising with healthcare professionals. Requires NMC registration as an RGN/RMN with 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home setting. Full-time or part-time roles available up to 48 hours per week at up to £22 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with the needs of residents
- Ability to work independently
