Job Summary
Deliver direct care and support to elderly residents by administering medication, conducting assessments, and creating individualized care plans. Supervise and manage care assistants to ensure high-quality person-centered care while maintaining accurate records and following all policies. Handle emergencies and unexpected situations as they arise during your shift. You must hold NMC registration as an RGN or RMN with 1-2 years of nursing home experience, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
