Job Summary
Deliver direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting individualized assessments to create care plans. Supervise and manage care assistants while maintaining accurate records and following all policies for person-centered care. Handle emergencies and unexpected situations that arise during shifts, liaising with healthcare professionals as needed. Requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN with 1-2 years of experience in a nursing home setting.
Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
