Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting assessments to develop personalized care plans. Supervise care assistants and manage emergencies while adhering to policies for person-centered care. Maintain accurate records and update care plans as needed. Requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN with 1-2 years of nursing home experience. Offers up to £22 per hour for day or night shifts, with hours up to 48 weeks. Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a nursing home or similar environment
