Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication, conducting assessments, and developing personalized care plans. Supervise care assistants and manage emergencies while adhering to policies to ensure person-centered safety and well-being. Maintain accurate records and update care plans as needed. Requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN with 1-2 years of nursing home experience. Offers shifts up to 48 hours per week at up to £19 per hour. Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a nursing home or similar environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
