Job Summary
Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise assigned team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to deliver age-appropriate care according to unit standards. Work a 12X3 day shift from 0600 to 1830 with variable days of the week. Maintain current Basic Life Support Certification, Texas nursing license, and at least six months of RN experience. Graduate of an accredited nursing school with BSN preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Current additional certifications as required by department
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
- Work experience: at least 6 months RN experience
