Staff Nurse - Cath Lab

Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise other assigned team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Communicate clearly and openly to build relationships that promote a collaborative environment, remaining accountable for performance and always seeking ways to improve the patient experience. Take initiative for professional growth within a Magnet-designated hospital serving North Texas, recognized as an Advanced Primary Stroke and Heart Attack Center. Work an 8X5 day schedule Monday through Friday with rotating day off.
