Staff Nurse - Cath Lab

Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise other assigned team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Communicate clearly and openly to build relationships that promote a collaborative environment, remaining accountable for performance and actively seeking ways to improve the patient experience. Take initiative for professional growth while staying engaged in building a winning team. Work M-F rotating with a day off on an 8X5 day shift.
