Staff Nurse Cardiac Rehab PD

The Staff Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in the Cardiac Rehab Department, coordinating all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care in acute or clinic settings. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning and implementing care plans, communicating with patients and families, documenting care in the Electronic Health Record, coordinating with physicians and team members on status and test results, and maintaining a calm, responsive approach to changes in patient condition. Requires telemetry/ICU/ED or outpatient cardiac rehab experience, BSN, and active NJ RN license with BLS and ACLS. Per diem, day shift in Englewood, NJ.
