Job Summary
Staff Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit responsible for managing and providing nursing care to patients and families, directing and supervising nursing staff, and assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating, and evaluating care in alignment with the professional practice model. Works in the University Hospital Doan Hall NICU, contributing to patient outcomes, safety, and the patient/family experience. Includes third-shift scheduling and adherence to unit standards and hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program
- Current Ohio license or interim permit
