Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients while directing care within the assigned scope of practice. Provide physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs for individuals and groups, regardless of age or developmental status. Perform leadership duties, mentor new employees, and participate in staff education and quality improvement initiatives. Support provider staff through collaboration and evidence-based practice, utilizing informatics and technology systems. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, with shifts ranging from 7am to 5:30pm, excluding weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current certification in Basic Life Support training from the American Heart Association
- Valid, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- Multistate License (MSL)
- Experience working with various levels within an organization
- Experience working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare
- Experience working an electronic medical record system (i.e. EPIC) or similar software
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience
- Years of experience supervising
