Job Summary
Staff Nurse for The Blake at (Community Name) (3P - 11P shift) provides medical treatment and administers medications per physician orders within applicable state regulations, delivers world-class care to residents, assists with memory and performance improvement programs, works independently or with a team, and serves as charge nurse on shift under Wellness Leadership guidance; requires LPN license, CPR, and flexibility for variable shifts; previous Assisted Living or Long-term care experience and First Aid certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others.
- Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) issued by the state.
- Current CPR certification
- Assisted Living or Long-term care experience preferred
- Current First Aid certification preferred
- Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
