Staff Network Engineer (Fulfillment and Logistics Network Engineering)

Job Summary
Design, plan, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN, and Network Security) supporting Fulfillment Centers, Camps, and Data Centers. Partner with design teams to develop scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized architectures while collaborating with automation, robotics, and security teams to deliver effective solutions. Lead technical response and crisis management during critical incidents, outages, and complex network or security issues. Analyze performance and traffic data to proactively prevent issues, author technical documentation including standards and RCA reports, and manage network lifecycle activities like capacity planning and hardware refreshes. Provide mentorship to team members and ensure compliance with global security and operational standards. Requires 10+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise networks, Cisco/Juniper expertise, and willingness to travel to geographically distributed sites.
Required Qualifications
- Large-scale enterprise network design, planning, implementation, and operations experience of at least 10 years
- Deep understanding and solid background in communication protocols (TCP/IP, etc.), routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and switching technologies
- Expertise in Cisco and Juniper (HPE) enterprise switching and wireless infrastructure technologies
- Design and operations experience in enterprise security and network infrastructure solutions (Fortinet/Palo Alto/Zscaler firewalls and VPN, Cisco ISE, DHCP, etc.)
- Data-driven analysis capability using network diagnostics/monitoring tools with the ability to write complex technical concepts clearly in documentation
- Sharp problem-solving abilities and crisis management capabilities during critical issue occurrences
- Strong communication skills for seamless collaboration with internal/external stakeholders and global vendors
- Ability to conduct basic business communication in English with global teams
- No constraints regarding business travel and onsite visits to nationwide distributed fulfillment centers and delivery centers
- Good knowledge of manual networking technologies and structured cabling infrastructure
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 15+ years of experience in this role
- Rich experience collaborating with multinational teams/overseas members, demonstrating cultural diversity understanding and flexibility to successfully lead projects
- Network automation design and operations capabilities using Python scripting, Ansible, etc.
- Possession of professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent
- Work experience in logistics network environments
- Excellent knowledge of network project management principles
