Job Summary
Floor Staff across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles provide guest service, operate POS systems, handle transactions, upsell Premium Viewing Experiences, promote Regal Crown Club, ensure MPAA compliance, and maintain cleanliness and safety. Roles may be scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, or part-time regular hourly employees. Essential duties include cash handling, inventory control, food safety and beverage service where applicable, alcohol certification and training, and adherence to company policies and dress code. Additional duties involve assisting guests, directing them to seats, and supporting theatre operations during shows, with opportunities in Eatery/Line Cook and Wait Staff positions. Must be at least 16 years old and able to work in a fast-paced, customer-service driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member
- Completion of the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University
- Alcohol certification and training where applicable
- Food Safety ROU course or progress towards completion
- Completion of or progress towards completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
