Job Summary

Lead technical and program management initiatives by developing collaborative solutions across horizontal support organizations and modernizing design processes with lean tools. Execute modeling within an MBSE environment, covering requirements, functional architecture, logical architecture, physical architecture, interfaces, and trade studies. Manage collaborative digital environments through data management, tool sustainment, and authoritative sources of truth. Provide technical guidance, mentor personnel, and ensure proper documentation of technical data consistent with engineering policies. Monitor project status, communicate business issues, and lead integration of new technologies into NPI programs. Requires full-time in-office schedule and active Secret-level DoD security clearance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering position
  • This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a US Government Security Clearance
  • prerequisite for a security clearance is U.S. Citizenship
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required

  • Due to security requirements, this position must be able to work a full-time in the office schedule
  • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information

Desired Qualifications

  • Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold US Government Security Clearance
  • 10 years of relevant experience in gas turbine engines
  • 2 years of relevant experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Active DoD Security Clearance at the Secret level or higher
  • Active participation in a minimum of 1 development engine test program with significant ownership in test planning and/or execution
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
