Staff MLOps Engineer (AI/ML Platform)

Staff MLOps Engineer to own the AI/ML platform at Cint with a focus on the Synthetic Data Platform and broader AI/ML initiatives. Responsibilities include auditing the current ML training and serving pipeline, deciding what to build or rebuild, and building out a shared AI/ML platform (training infrastructure, experiment tracking, model registry, serving, monitoring). Oversee the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion and feature processing to annotation workflows, ensure reproducibility and rapid model iteration, own training infrastructure on Databricks and Unity Catalog, develop low-latency serving and batch scoring, implement observability for data and model drift, manage cost-performance patterns, mentor engineers, and drive AI tooling adoption. Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Kubernetes, AWS (EKS), Python/Scala/Java, and cloud-native ML tooling is expected; role is senior, with Prague-first and Europe-friendly remote options.
