Staff MLOps Engineer (AI/ML Platform)

Staff MLOps Engineer to own the AI/ML platform at Cint. Immediate focus on the Synthetic Data Platform (models for survey augmentation and respondent profiling) with longer-term remit across Trust Score and other AI/ML initiatives. Responsibilities include auditing and deciding on the current pipeline, building a shared ML platform (training infra, experiment tracking, model registry, serving, monitoring), overseeing the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion to annotation workflows, owning training infrastructure on Databricks and Unity Catalog, building low-latency model serving, establishing observability (data/model drift, Grafana dashboards, Prometheus), optimizing ML compute costs, mentoring engineers, and driving AI tooling adoption. Proficiency in Databricks, Spark, Kubernetes, AWS (EKS), Python/Scala/Java, Terraform, and cloud-native engineering; strong internal collaboration with Prague-based AI/ML teams and global stakeholders; senior-level platform leadership and API design mindset. Remote-friendly with Prague-first, Europe-friendly posture; options to work remotely from Germany, Spain, or the UK.
