Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conducting culturally sensitive assessments and developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, and ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization. Offer therapy within a supportive environment that fosters growth and licensure progression, with opportunities for supervision, ongoing professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, licensure or provisional licensure as required, strong ethical standards, and excellent communication and time-management skills. Required Qualifications
- Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- If required, provisional license per state regulation.
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
- Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health including free supervision and continuing education.
- Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
