Staff Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy with culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments; develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely billing and documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff) to enhance client care. This role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, licensure pathway, ongoing professional development, and a commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality; the position emphasizes growth opportunities, supervision, and the impact of high-quality mental health care within the local community. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation if required

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
