Job Summary
Outpatient mental health therapy focusing on culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and individualized treatment for clients and families. Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team; ensure timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorization processes. Role emphasizes ongoing professional development, ethical practice, and a supportive environment to advance licensure; opportunities include supervision and growth within a clinical team. Required Qualifications
- Masterb4s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education
