Staff Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Job Summary
Deliver outpatient mental health care as a Staff Mental Health Therapist in a remote-capable, collaborative team environment. Provide culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and deliver individualized outpatient therapy for clients and families (including crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness planning). Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic client care, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, and maintain timely billing and documentation. The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, supervision opportunities, and a supportive pathway toward licensure while supporting diverse local communities. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
