Staff Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy in a remote-capable, collaborative behavioral health setting. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; engage in case consultations, discharge planning, and interprofessional collaboration with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other therapists. Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms; participate in a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and advance professional practice. Role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field, with licensure progression as applicable, and a commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health including free supervision and continuing education
- Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
