Staff Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy with culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments; develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver holistic mental health care; ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization; participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and ongoing professional development; therapy may be conducted remotely as part of a collaborative care model with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other professionals; supporting licensure progress and organizational growth while delivering high-quality care to diverse clients.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
