Job Summary
Staff Mental Health Therapist (Remote) joins Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network, to provide culturally sensitive, strength-based outpatient therapy (individual and family) with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes crisis and safety planning, relapse prevention, wellness planning, and timely billing/documentation, with opportunities for supervision, ongoing professional development, and growth toward licensure. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background leading to professional licensing

- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks
