Staff Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy with culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments; develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians to deliver holistic mental health care; opportunities for leadership and supervision, ongoing professional development, and comprehensive onboarding. Requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field and active licensure or provisional licensure where applicable. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
