Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy and develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients. Collaborate in case consultations, discharge planning, and with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver holistic mental health care. Maintain timely documentation and billing, engage in administrative tasks, and support client care through ongoing professional development and supervision. The role emphasizes culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments, collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff, and delivering high-quality mental health services in a remote-capable environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education
- Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
