Job Summary
Staff Mental Health Therapist providing outpatient individual and family therapy in a remote-friendly role. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary clinical team to conduct culturally sensitive assessments, develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, and tailor treatment to diverse clients. Participates in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning; ensures timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations. Opportunities for supervision and ongoing professional development within a supportive environment; role involves delivering high-quality mental health care and contributing to guideline-driven, ethical practice and confidentiality. Compensation note: base compensation range provided is per billable unit and varies with licensure/experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks
