Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy with a focus on culturally sensitive, strength-based approaches. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administration to deliver holistic mental health care. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations. Support licensure development and supervision for early-career therapists while delivering high-quality care to diverse clients in a remote-enabled setting. The role emphasizes sustainable practice, ethical standards, and continuous professional growth within Transformations Care Network.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks
