Staff Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy with a culturally sensitive, strength-based approach. Conduct assessments for diverse clients, develop crisis/safety/wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, and ensure timely billing and documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff) to deliver holistic mental health care. Requires a Master’s degree in a related field and licensure (or provisional license as applicable). Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
