Job Summary
Staff Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient individual and family therapy in a remote-capable role within Harmony (Transformations Care Network). Responsibilities include culturally sensitive assessments, tailored outpatient therapy, development of crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans, collaboration in case consultations and with a multidisciplinary clinical team, and ensuring timely billing and documentation with insurance authorization. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and licensure or provisional licensure as applicable; strong communication, ethical practice, patient rapport, and time-management skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field

- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
