Job Summary
Remote staff mental health therapist providing outpatient individual and family therapy; collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians to deliver holistic behavioral-health care; conducts culturally sensitive assessments and develops crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients' functioning; ensures timely billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization; engages in case consultations, discharge planning, and collaborative care to enhance client outcomes; actively participates in ongoing professional development and supervision to support licensure and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
