Job Summary
The role focuses on delivering outpatient mental health services as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing culturally sensitive individual and family therapy, developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, participating in case consultations and discharge planning, and ensuring timely documentation and billing while collaborating with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other professionals. The therapist will engage in ongoing professional development and supervision, support clients across diverse backgrounds, and contribute to a sustainable, client-centered care model within Harmony/Transformations Care Network. The position supports a remote work arrangement with a Fort Lauderdale, FL address as a reference point, and emphasizes ethical practice, confidentiality, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
