Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy in a collaborative behavioral health setting. Responsibilities include conducting culturally sensitive assessments, delivering tailored therapy for diverse client needs, developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, participating in case consultations and discharge planning, ensuring timely billing and documentation, and coordinating care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff. Requires a Master’s degree in a related field and licensure progression; strong ethics, confidentiality, and communication skills are essential. The role emphasizes growth through supervision, ongoing professional development, and multidisciplinary teamwork within Harmony/Transformations Care Network, with a compensation framework noted per billable unit and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health (including supervision and continuing education)
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks
