Staff Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Job Summary
Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy with a focus on culturally sensitive, strength-based approaches. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff) to provide holistic care, develop crisis/safety/relapse/wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, and ensure timely billing and documentation. Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to advance licensure, contributing to a sustainable, patient-centered mental health program in the local community and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
