Job Summary
Remote Staff Mental Health Therapist at Harmony (Transformations Care Network) providing outpatient individual and family therapy with culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments; develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely billing and documentation; collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff to deliver holistic mental health care; competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and domestic partner coverage; emphasis on growth, licensure support, supervision, and ongoing education; base compensation range provided as $45 – $55 per billable unit with variability based on licensure and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Licensure or provisional license per state regulation
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to manage time and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
- Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in behavioral health
