Staff Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conducting culturally sensitive assessments and developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff) to deliver holistic mental health care. Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations. Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning while maintaining ethical practice, confidentiality, and client rapport. Requires Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field, with provisional license per state regulation if required.
