Job Summary
Staff Mental Health Therapist providing outpatient individual and family therapy with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include culturally sensitive assessments, development of crisis/safety/relapse/wellness plans, case consultations, discharge planning, timely billing and documentation, and coordination with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians. Requires Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field, and licensure or provisional licensure as applicable. Required Qualifications

- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
