Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy to diverse clients, developing crisis, safety, relapse-prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization; engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other professionals to deliver holistic mental health services; join a Nurse Practitioner-led, multidisciplinary team in a remote-capable role with a base in Las Vegas; compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
- Provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
- Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently
