Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy to diverse clients in a remote capacity within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Responsibilities include culturally sensitive assessments, developing crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans; conducting case consultations, discharge planning, and collaborating with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists. Manage billing and documentation, ensure insurance authorizations, and participate in ongoing professional development and supervision. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Licensure or provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
