Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, delivering culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and tailored interventions. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and ensure timely billing and documentation. Work with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff to deliver holistic mental health care, and contribute to ongoing professional development and licensure support while supporting clients toward stable functioning and improved outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health including free supervision and continuing education
- Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
