Job Summary
Staff Mental Health Therapist providing outpatient individual and family therapy with culturally sensitive, strength‐based assessments; develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and nursing/psychiatric collaboration; ensure timely billing/documentation and insurance authorization; work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care and support clients toward stabilization and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
- Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain ethical practice and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks
