Job Summary
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families; provide outpatient individual and family therapy; develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely billing and documentation; collaborate with psychiatrists, NPs, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to deliver holistic mental health care; base compensation emphasizes base range of $45–$55 per billable unit with licensure/experience influencing total; comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education offered.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
- License or provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
