Staff Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy with a focus on culturally sensitive, strength-based approaches. Conduct assessments for new clients, develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning. Ensure timely billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms; collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to deliver holistic care. Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing professional development, with emphasis on ethical practice, confidentiality, and strong client rapport. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health including free supervision and continuing education
- Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
